In particular, note that although the emailing process is somewhat automated, unlike other systems, my system allows YOU to adjust the frequency of mailings to suit YOUR schedule.

By default emails are issued once every seven days until the end of the course.

Use the appropriate "Subscribe" link (through the eMailer link in the menu system) to modify your training schedule.
