Windows logo key + L - Lock your computer or switch users

When terrorists burst into your downtown office (or your nephew bursts into your bedroom office, same thing), hold down the Logo key and tap the letter L.

“L” for Lock, geddit?

In both cases the parties will wander off to raid a less restricted environment.
