The Document is Poorly Constructed

We recognize that anyone sending out an 8 MB quotation document needs help, and chances are strong that they need help in Microsoft Word.

We apply our proven techniques descibed in What’s Wrong with My Document?

Since we have protection set, we begin by copy/pasting the document contents to a new document, whose size is shown as 8,218 KB.

We remove superfluous paragraph marks and yield 8,210 KB.

We note many Tab chacaters, some of them used to construct tables, so we begin by converting Tab tables to regular tables. We start by eliminating redundant Tab characters in the tables area, then issue the Convert command, yielding a document of 8,215 KB.

We aim for superfluous space characters but see that they are in fact ellipsis symbols. We convert the mass to tab chacaters and make more regular Microsoft Word tables, yielding a document of 8,269 KB.

We find 34 superfluous space characters and remove them.
