One Way to End Piracy is Make it Legal

This is about logic, not piracy, nor murder.

The London Free Press today ran an article about illegal and legal copying of artistic works.

The headline is particularly obnoxious.

Change the word “piracy” to “murder” and see how you feel about the headline.

Any argument that suggests making something legal will end the practice is a seriously flawed argument.

Same deal with raising the speed limit from 100 Km/Hour to 120 Km/Hour; it may well reduce revenue from fines, but it surely is going to leave a great many mothers, and some fathers, seriously and permanently saddened.
