The 407-ETR organization is a bully.

Let’s get straight to the point:

Search the web for “407-ETR” and you’ll find an abnormal number of complaints. We had a class-action suit here in Ontario a few years back.

The Diary

In October 2000 a friend and I confronted the 407-ETR about double-billing and overcharging, which is why I haven’t used the 407-ETR since May 2000, nor has she.

The 407-ETR has a lousy data system, and a small army of clerks whose primary job seems to be to hassle the paying public, who quite naturally, get upset at the 407-ETR.

I’ve had my dealings with their administration system, and it’s hard to think of a worse example of alienation than this one.
